Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking an Immigration Paralegal with three or more years of experience in employment-based business immigration; experience in family immigration a plus. You will assist with filings (H, L, E, O, P, TN, EB-1s, NIWs, PNIWs, and PERM labor certifications) under attorney supervision and sometimes directly with the attorney.

Responsibilities include coordinating complex cases (O-1, EB-1), auditing client documents (I-9, H-2B, LCA, PERM), drafting responses to RFEs, and

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred
• Associate's degree or paralegal certificate required
• Three or more years of professional work experience in business immigration (law firm preferred)
• Ability to work well with clients and experts
• Ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and written communication skills
• Experience with INSZoom is strongly desired
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Assist with, prepare and file employment-based applications under attorney supervision and sometimes with the attorney
• Assist with coordination of complex cases such as O-1 and EB-1 petitions
• Assist with audits of client documents including I-9, H-2B, LCA and PERM files
• Research and assist with responses to RFEs and other notices
• Provide support for J-1 Physician waivers
• Participate in meetings and client development activities
• Data entry and deadline monitoring in case management systems
• Learn processing requirements for various visa petitions
