Job summary

eZone Staffing, LLC seeks an experienced Employment-Based Immigration Paralegal to manage client accounts and support attorneys with employment-based immigration matters from case initiation through filing.

The role requires strong case management, client communication, attention to detail, and the ability to independently drive cases forward. You will handle PERM, I-140, AOS, H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1 and RFE matters, maintain records, and prepare documents and reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employment-based immigration paralegal experience.
• Hands-on experience with PERM, H-1B, I-140, AOS, L-1, TN, E-3, H-1B1, and RFE responses.
• Strong organizational, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with E-2, O-1, NIW, or EB-1A is a plus.
