Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks an experienced immigration paralegal to support employment-based matters for multinational entities and institutions. You will work with attorneys and client services to prepare filings, communicate with clients, and manage end-to-end case processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of immigration experience, a Bachelor's degree with strong academics, and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Track deadlines, organize documents, and ensure timely filings.
• Conduct legal research and manage client correspondence.
• Mentor junior paralegals.
