Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to support employment-based matters for multinational clients. You will draft petitions, manage filings, and communicate with clients and attorneys, working closely with a team to advance cases end-to-end.

This role requires 2+ years in immigration, a Bachelor's degree, and strong writing and organizational skills. You will mentor junior staff and handle deadlines in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials.
• 2+ years of employment-based immigration experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Planner)
• Strong legal writing and drafting skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality documentation and filing packages.
• Draft routine petitions, applications, and responses to RFEs.
• Maintain case templates and contribute to drafting of complex filings with attorney oversight.
• Communicate with clients regarding routine and case-specific matters.
• Track deadlines, organize documents, and ensure timely filings.
• Conduct legal research and manage client correspondence.
• Mentor junior paralegals
