Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law PLLC seeks an Immigration Attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience in immigration court, including ICH, MCH, and bond hearings. The role includes handling USCIS interviews, and related relief applications, with opportunities for hybrid and remote work.

Travel nationwide and to Seattle, WA as needed is required. The ideal candidate will excel in research, writing, and advocacy, and hold JD with active bar membership in WA, FL, or IL; bilingual

Formación

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Strong immigration litigation experience in court and admin proceedings.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality representation in immigration court and before USCIS.
• Manage a demanding caseload with thorough hearing/interview prep.
• Represent clients in removal defense, ICH, MCH, and bond hearings.
• Advocate zealously in court, hearings, and negotiations with authorities.
• Conduct legal research and review motions and appeals.
• Review family petitions, T/U visas, VAWA applications, AOS, naturalization, PIP, waivers, and related relief.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to provide comprehensive services.
• Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
