As an Immigration Legal Assistant at Vasquez Law Firm, you will play a vital role in supporting our immigration attorneys and ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. You will assist clients in various immigration matters, including but not limited to family-based immigration, employment-based immigration, naturalization, asylum, and removal defense.
We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to play an important role on our immigration team. You'll draft petitions, waivers, Naturalization, Business visas, U visa, Vawa, T-visas, asylum, TPS, DACA, removal defense paperwork with USCIS, US embassies, and immigration courts.
