Job summary

Hasan Legal PC is a U.S. immigration law firm serving professionals, investors, and families worldwide. We seek a Leads/Business Specialist to own the intake pipeline end to end, collaborating closely with the Managing Attorney to convert leads into retained cases and hand them off to Case Managers.

You will manage inquiries across channels, coordinate consultations, and maintain detailed records, while supporting a smooth handoff and ongoing client outreach.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English; a warm, clear, professional communication style.
• Strong organizational skills and genuine attention to detail.
• Comfort with client-facing conversations about sensitive personal circumstances, handled with discretion.
• Fluency with digital tools: CRM or case management systems, shared calendars, video conferencing, and messaging platforms.
• Ability to work independently across time zones and stay responsive.
• Discretion and reliability in handling confidential client information.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries across website, email, WhatsApp and social media; route to consultations promptly.
• Own the Managing Attorney's consultation calendar; scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling.
• Attend consultations; take notes and document client needs and case requirements.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to move toward retention.
• Manage referral partner leads (30-40 per month); timely follow-up and accurate tracking.
• Open new cases on the client portal; issue invoices and confirm receipt of initial payments.
• Coordinate with Case Managers and outreach staff for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain organized records of lead activity, accounts, and initial case fees.
• Identify additional matters for existing clients needing further legal assistance.
