Job summary

Momentum Immigration seeks a detail-oriented coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for clients transferring legal representation. You will ensure timely communications, gather documents, and draft simple RFEs while coordinating with attorneys and USCIS specialists.

Responsible for onboarding, document management in SharePoint and immigration software, and ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment. Prior immigration exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning U.S. immigration law; prior exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for clients regarding legal representation transfer.
• Provide timely communication to foreign national clients regarding onboarding and next steps.
• Analyze client matters for urgency, deadlines, and de-escalation.
• Coordinate transition of client matters to Momentum Immigration.
• Draft and send Engagement Letters and G-28, collect signatures.
• Transfer documents between databases and upload to SharePoint and immigration software.
• Gather and organize supporting documentation for onboarding and responses to requests.
• Draft simple RFEs (birth certificates, translations, medical exam requests).
• Meet deadlines and communicate progress to Senior Coordinator or attorney.
• Collaborate with USCIS Immigration Specialists and coordinators, managers, and attorneys.
