Job summary

Berry Appleman & Leiden (BAL) seeks a Client Relations professional to support BAL’s immigration outsourcing services. You will assist in client communications, onboarding, and compliance under the Client Relationships Manager.

The role collaborates with client teams, legal staff, and BAL resources in a fast-paced environment. We value strong MS Office skills, confidentiality, and a background in immigration, HR, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of immigration, customer service, legal, or related field experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow, escalating as needed.
• Sensitivity to confidential information.
• Ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Creative, flexible and innovative team player.

Responsibilities

• Monitor emails and provide timely, accurate responses with input from client contacts and BAL resources.
• Provide timeline expectations to employees, managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Triage inquiries from TA or GM teams and coordinate information.
• Assist with pre-offer data collection and onboarding processes.
• Help maintain the new hire pipeline and onboarding activities.
• Attend meetings and trainings to stay informed on program priorities.
• Support client communications and informational blasts.
• Assist with escalation protocols and information gathering.
• Support wage-related matters with client teams and document collection.
• Maintain SOP documents and update internal templates as needed.
