Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent client service and professional communication.

• Self-motivated and independent in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit case-related documents and correspondence.
• Review materials for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Communicate with clients through our case management system for inquiries and updates.
• Assist with reference letter projects and other documentation.
• Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to move cases forward.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
• Work overtime when needed to meet deadlines.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
