Lawhive is seeking an Immigration Attorney to manage a high-volume portfolio focused on family-based and small business immigration matters, including petitions, adjustments, naturalization, and visa applications.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape an AI-powered legal platform, providing feedback on features and workflows to reflect real-world practice. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on immigration work and embracing AI-driven efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of immigration matters from start to finish.
• Advise clients on legal merits, potential outcomes, and next steps.
• Prepare and file a wide range of US visa applications.
• Define limited scope product offerings for small business and family immigration needs.
• Collaborate with co-counsel on matters requiring local or in-person representation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, advising on product features for the AI platform.
