Job summary

Concord Visa is seeking a qualified immigration attorney to lead US business immigration cases end-to-end for high-growth tech clients. You will advise founders, engineers and operators on visas (H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, EB-1) and PERM, and help shape the product via automation opportunities.

You will work with our US legal team, influence platform development, track regulatory changes, and travel as needed to serve clients across borders.

Qualifications

JD from a reputable law school and a US law licence.
2–5 years of US business immigration experience across visa types (H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, EB-1).
Ability to manage a busy caseload independently with strategic advisory input.
Interest in bridging legal practice with technology and product.

Responsibilities

Run US business immigration cases end-to-end: H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, EB-1A/B and PERM.
Provide founders with clear, strategic guidance on documentation and timelines.
Collaborate with engineering and product to streamline case prep and platform improvements.
Monitor regulatory changes and translate them into proactive client advice.
Represent Concord Visa in client conversations and thought-leadership moments.
