Qualifications

• JD from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Arizona bar license or eligibility for Arizona Admission on Motion with support for transition.
• 2–5 years of substantive US business immigration experience (H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, EB-1, PERM, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-track caseloads with accuracy and autonomy.
• Genuine curiosity about legal technology and how immigration law will evolve.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, accurate legal counsel on immigration processes (H-1B, L-1, E-2, O-1, EB-1A/B, and PERM).
• Advise founders and HR teams; manage timelines and filing strategy.
• Guide clients through documentation, timelines, filing strategy, and USCIS/DOL processes with clarity.
• Manage a varied, stimulating caseload independently—with precision.
• Partner with engineering and product teams to embed legal knowledge into Concord's platform.
• Identify friction points and co-design features to automate immigration workflows.
• Shape the product roadmap with input on automating legal workflows.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes and ensure the platform reflects latest immigration law.
• Represent Concord in client-facing presentations, webinars, and industry discussions.
• Contribute to guides and resources that educate clients and build Concord's voice.
• Help grow our team and culture—this is a foundational role.
