Job summary

Concord Visa, born out of Crimson Education, is redefining immigration law at the intersection of technology and global talent. We seek an Immigration Attorney to manage complex cases for founders, executives, and tech talent while partnering with engineering and product teams to improve our AI-powered platform.

You’ll help shape strategy, automate workflows, and stay ahead of regulatory changes to deliver fast, accurate counsel with impact.

Qualifications

JD from ABA-accredited law school.
Active Arizona bar license OR eligible for Arizona Admission on Motion.
2–5 years of substantive US business immigration experience.
Ability to manage complex, multi-track caseloads with accuracy and autonomy.
Genuine curiosity about legal technology and how immigration law will evolve.
Exceptional communication skills — explain strategy to founders and HR directors.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic, accurate legal counsel on H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, EB-1A/B, and PERM processes.
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients from first-time founders to enterprise HR teams.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to embed legal knowledge into our platform.
Identify regulatory changes and help shape automation of legal workflows.
Represent Concord in client-facing presentations and industry discussions.
