Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active state bar membership in good standing and authorization to practice law.

• Strong research, writing, and case management skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with diverse clients.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters.
• Advise clients on immigration options and regulatory requirements.
• Assist employers and institutions with employment authorization strategies and compliance.
• Represent clients before USCIS and other government agencies.
• Develop tailored immigration strategies for clients’ needs and objectives.
• Conduct legal research and prepare petitions, applications, and filings.
• Manage cases, track deadlines, and communicate case progress to clients.
