You will meet with clients, assess case strategies, prepare petitions, draft briefs, and represent clients before USCIS and immigration courts, while researching evolving laws and maintaining thorough case documentation.

Qualifications

• JD and active license to practice law in the U.S. (Florida admission preferred).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and processes.
• Experience handling visa petitions and related filings.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to inclusive, client-centered service and English proficiency; other languages a plus.
