Job summary

Legal Search Solutions, Inc. in South Florida seeks an Immigration Attorney to join a busy, collaborative team, developing or expanding an immigration practice with opportunities for increasing responsibility. You will handle family-based and employment-based matters in a high-volume environment.

This in-person, full-time role may consider part-time arrangements. The firm offers a hands-on platform to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of immigration law experience.
• Active Bar license in any U.S. state.
• Experience with family-based and/or employment-based immigration preferred.
• Comfortable managing a high-volume caseload and multiple deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Docketwise experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
• In-person position - NOT remote.
• Full-time opportunity; part-time arrangements may also be considered.
• Practice includes both family-based and employment-based immigration.
