Job summary

Adams & Martin Group in Texas seeks an Immigration Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of employment-based experience to join our growing team in Dallas or Austin.

The ideal candidate handles H-1B, PERM, I-140, AOS, L-1, and TN matters, with PERM experience required, and has strong research, writing, and client counseling skills.

You will review petitions prepared by paralegals, advise clients, lead meetings, and prepare filings with USCIS.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3-5 years of employment-based immigration experience.
• Required PERM labor certification experience.
• Strong knowledge of H-1B, I-140, AOS, L-1 and TN matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal contact for corporate clients.
• Advise clients on employment-based immigration strategies and compliance matters.
• Review employment-based immigration petitions and applications prepared by paralegals.
• Draft legal support letters and responses to RFEs.
• Lead client meetings, status calls, and strategic planning discussions.

Immigration Associate Attorney (2-5 Years)

Austin, TX or Dallas, TX

A nationally respected law firm is seeking an Immigration Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of employment-based immigration experience to join its growing team in either Austin or Dallas.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of business immigration matters, including H-1B, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status (AOS), L-1, and TN petitions. PERM experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal contact for corporate clients.
• Advise clients on employment-based immigration strategies and compliance matters.
• Review employment-based immigration petitions and applications prepared by paralegals.
• Draft legal support letters and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
• Lead client meetings, status calls, and strategic planning discussions.
• Prepare and review filings submitted to USCIS.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

• 3-5 years of employment-based immigration experience.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $125,000 - $145,000
