M.A.J. Law Firm is seeking a motivated and passionate immigration attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Bar License in Good Standing
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration COURT
• Ability to advocate and represent clients in immigration courts
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated passion for advocating on behalf of clients in immigration matters

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation in various immigration cases, including asylum, removal defense, family-based immigration, and more
• Prepare and file legal documents related to immigration petitions and applications
• Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies
• Represent clients in immigration court and before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
• Stay current on changes in immigration laws and policies
