**Must be able to attend In-Person EOIR Court Hearings in California**

We are seeking qualified, experienced, and dedicated freelance attorneys with strong experience in removal proceedings for a freelance opportunity.

Responsibilities include legal research, pre-hearing filings, and in-person appearances for various immigration proceedings such as bonds, removals, deportation defense, and master calendar hearings.

Requirements:

• Must be licensed in good standing to practice law in the United States
• Must be able to attend in-person hearings in the L.A. area
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in removal proceedings
