Job summary

Jarrett and Price is seeking an Immigration Attorney to build and lead our growing immigration practice in Georgia. You will handle a full range of immigration matters with focus on removal defense and employment-based immigration, shaping how the practice grows and providing a clear path to leadership.

You will meet with clients in English and Spanish, manage cases from intake to resolution, and collaborate with a team to deliver excellent representation.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active law license in good standing in the U.S.
• Full bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience managing immigration matters independently, including removal defense and/or employment-based immigration
• Strong advocacy and client communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse immigration caseload from consultation through resolution
• Represent clients in removal defense proceedings before EOIR, including hearings, motions, and appeals
• Handle employment-based immigration matters (PERM, H-1B, EB-category visas)
• Support family-based immigration petitions and naturalization applications
• Meet with and advise clients in both English and Spanish and help scale the practice

You'll handle a full range of immigration matters — with particular focus on removal defense and employment-based immigration, alongside our established family-based immigration and naturalization work — and you'll have a direct hand in shaping how the practice grows, with a genuine path to a leadership role as it does.

What you'll do

• Manage a diverse immigration caseload from consultation through resolution
• Represent clients in removal defense proceedings before EOIR, including hearings, motions, and appeals
• Handle employment-based immigration matters (PERM, H-1B, EB-category visas)
• Support family-based immigration petitions and naturalization applications
• Meet with and advise clients in both English and Spanish
• Help shape the direction and processes of the immigration practice as it scales

What you bring

• A J.D. and an active law license in good standing in any U.S. state (Georgia bar admission not required — immigration law is federal practice)
• Full bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience managing immigration matters independently, ideally including removal defense and/or employment-based immigration
• Strong advocacy and client communication skills
