Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Employment-based immigration (temporary visas and permanent residence).
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Admittance to the Florida Bar preferred; other US jurisdictions considered.
  • Healthcare industry immigration petitions experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of diverse immigration matters including non-immigrant visas (H-1B, O-1, P-1, E-2, L-1A/B) and employment-based green cards (NIW, EB-1, PERM).
  • Strategic Drafting: Prepare high-level legal documents, including support letters, RFE responses, NOIDs, and Audit responses.
  • Advocacy & Counsel: Represent clients in interviews and proceedings; provide accurate, research-backed advice on evolving immigration laws and I-9 compliance.
  • Collaboration: Work with shareholders and paralegals on complex immigration projects; contribute to business development.
  • Innovation: Contribute to case strategy with creative problem-solving for unique immigration challenges.
