Partners Legal Search is seeking an experienced Employment-Based Immigration Associate Attorney to join our Houston practice. This role targets candidates with strong H-2A and H-2B backgrounds who counsel corporate clients on workforce planning and regulatory compliance.

You will advise employers on temporary worker programs, manage petitions, and coordinate filings with USCIS and labor authorities, while building robust client relationships within a national firm structure.

Qualifikationen

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of immigration law experience with significant employment-based immigration exposure.
• Substantive H-2A and H-2B experience is required.
• Experience advising employers on temporary worker programs, recruitment requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience preparing and managing employment-based immigration petitions and applications.

• Counsel corporate clients on temporary and seasonal labor requirements.
