Ideal candidates will have employment-based immigration experience including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, and TNs, and will assist clients with petitions and applications for USCIS submission.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients
• Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and immigration program reviews
• Review employment-based immigration petitions and applications prepared by paralegals including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, TNs, and others
• Draft legal support letters and responses to RFEs
• Lead regular client status calls, planning discussions, and escalations
