Job summary

Clark Hill seeks an Immigration Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate will handle employment-based immigration matters including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, E’s, O-1s, L-1s, and TNs, with a willingness to work on all business immigration matters.

The position is full-time with the option to work remotely two days per week. Candidates must have an active bar membership in good standing and capabilities in client communication, strategy development,

Qualifications

• Manage client immigration matters and liaise with client contacts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Advise clients on business immigration strategy, workforce planning, and compliance considerations.
• Oversee and review matters prepared by associates and paralegals.
• Lead regular client status calls, planning discussions, and escalations.
• Manage and mentor associates, paralegals, and support staff assigned to client teams.
• Coordinate closely with firm Members on client strategy, service delivery, and resource allocation.
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies within client immigration programs.
• Support business development efforts and contribute to long-term client relationships.

Clark Hill is seeking an Immigration Attorney with 6+ years of experience to join our Atlanta office. Ideal candidates will have strong employment-based immigration experience including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, E’s, O-1s, L-1s, and TN’s along with a willingness to work on all types of business immigration matters. Candidates must have an active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. jurisdiction). This is a full-time position with the ability to work remotely two days per week.

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills:

• substantial experience helping to manage client work including liaising with client contacts and responsibility for managing the clients’ immigration matters internally
• possess strong advocacy, research, and writing skills
• a high-level attention to detail
• strong academic credentials
• the ability to take initiative, stay organized, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• experience supervising junior associates, paralegals, and other support staff

Day To Day Responsibilities Will Include

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $145,000 - $160,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
