Job summary

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of immigration experience for its Immigration practice, with offices in Austin, Collin County, or Atlanta. Ideal candidates will have employment-based immigration experience including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, and TNs, and will advise clients on petition preparation for USCIS.

The salary range is $125,000–$145,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in immigration law.
Experience with employment-based immigration including PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, TNs, H-1Bs.
Ability to advise clients and prepare petitions and applications for USCIS.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary legal and strategic contact for assigned corporate clients.
Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements.
Participate in client meetings, presentations, and immigration program reviews.
Review employment-based petitions and applications prepared by paralegals.
Draft legal support letters and responses to RFEs.
Lead regular client status calls and planning discussions.
