Job summary

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience for its Immigration business unit in the Pittsburgh or Detroit office. Ideal candidates will have employment-based immigration experience including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, and TNs, along with a willingness to work on all types of immigration matters.

Qualified candidates should also have experience advising clients directly on a multitude of immigration matters and should be able to assist clients with the

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an attorney in immigration law.
• Employment-based immigration experience including H-1B, PERM, I-140, AOS, L-1, TNs.
• PERM experience is required.
• Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic point of contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and immigration program reviews.
• Review employment-based immigration petitions and applications prepared by paralegals including H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, TNs, and others.
• Draft legal support letters and responses to RFEs.
• Lead regular client status calls, planning discussions, and escalations.
