Job summary

Clark Hill PLC is seeking an associate attorney with 3-5 years of immigration experience for its Immigration practice, located in Detroit or Pittsburgh. Ideal candidates will be proficient in employment-based immigration including H-1B, PERM, I-140, AOS, L-1 and TN petitions, and will advise clients directly on a range of matters.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of employment-based immigration experience.
• PERM experience required.
• Experience with H-1B, PERM, I-140, AOS, L-1, TNs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal and strategic contact for assigned corporate clients.
• Communicate case strategies, timelines, and government requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and immigration program reviews.
• Review petitions and applications prepared by paralegals (H-1Bs, PERMs, I-140s, AOS, L-1s, TNs).
• Draft legal support letters and responses to RFEs.
• Lead regular client status calls and escalations.
