Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a US JD or LLM and is admitted to a US state bar, with 2–3 years of Associate-level experience and strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills. Hybrid work and client service excellence are emphasized.

Qualifications

• US JD or LLM required.
• Member of a US State bar or Washington DC bar association.
• 2–3 years of Associate-level experience.
• Expanded practical understanding of immigration law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proofreading and fluent prose.
• Attention to detail; dedication to client service.

Responsibilities

• Develop case strategies, research, draft and review documents; counsel clients and triage initiations.
• Regularly communicate with clients and foreign nationals on procedural and strategy issues.
• Support clients in immigration program management and compliance.
• Assess eligibility of corporate foreign national employees for non-immigrant and immigrant visa status.
• Draft letters and legal documents based on established precedents.
• Mentor junior associates and staff; share immigration knowledge and improve processes.
