Qualifications

• 0–3 years of legal experience, immigration experience preferred but not required
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and representation in immigration matters
• Develop case strategies across family-based, removal, detention, and federal litigation
• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and USCIS interviews
• Prepare and review applications, petitions, motions, and legal briefs
• Conduct legal research and stay current on changes in immigration law and policy
• Maintain consistent and compassionate communication with clients
• Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality case outcomes
