Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our immigration practice. This role offers hands-on experience across a broad range of immigration matters and the opportunity to advocate for clients at critical moments in their lives.

Our practice handles a diverse caseload, including family-based petitions, consular processing, removal defense, detention matters, and federal litigation. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is eager to develop litigation skills while gaining comprehensive exposure to immigration law. This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by a genuine passion for serving immigrant communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation in a wide range of immigration matters
