Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, an active US bar, eligibility to work in the US, and fluency in Spanish. Immigration experience is required. The firm offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-Accredited Law School is required.
• Active Bar License in Good Standing in any US State.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Immigration experience (1 year or more).
• Fluent in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential and existing clients to discuss cases.
• Coordinate case and legal strategy across multiple matters.
• Manage multiple cases, paralegals, projects, and deadlines.
• Prepare and revise court documents as needed.
• Conduct legal research and write motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes and applicable case law.
• Market the law firm’s services to potential clients.
• Work one Saturday a month with potential bonuses for new clients signed.
• Handle court hearings and trials as assigned.
• Develop expertise on Family Petitions, Asylum, Individual Hearings, SIJIS, U-Visas, Waivers, etc.
