Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of immigration law experience.
• Experience representing clients in removal proceedings.
• Experience handling family-based immigration matters including marriage-based and fiancé(e) visas, VAWA, U Visas, SIJS, and naturalization/citizenship matters.
