Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Associate Immigration Attorney role based in Sudbury, MA. The Associate Immigration Attorney will manage a caseload involving a variety of immigration matters, including family‑based petitions, employment‑based visas, and other immigration benefits. Daily responsibilities include meeting with clients, assessing legal needs, conducting legal research, and preparing petitions, applications, and supporting documentation. The attorney will draft legal briefs and correspondence, prepare clients for interviews and hearings, and represent clients before USCIS and, where applicable, immigration courts. The role also involves maintaining organized case files, tracking deadlines, coordinating with support staff, and communicating case updates to clients in a clear and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of immigration law, including Immigration Law and Immigration as primary practice areas.
• Experience handling a variety of Immigration Issues and related Legal Issues impacting individuals and families.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare, file, and manage Visas and other immigration applications with attention to detail and compliance.
• J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in any U.S. state (Massachusetts license preferred).
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills, including drafting petitions, briefs, and client correspondence.
• Strong client‑service orientation with clear, empathetic communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, prioritize deadlines, and work efficiently in an on‑site office environment.
• Prior experience in an immigration law practice or relevant clinical/externship experience is highly beneficial; proficiency in an additional language is a plus.
