Job summary

A child welfare organization seeks a Social Services Coordinator to assist unaccompanied minors and their families in accessing vital services. The role involves building relationships with service providers, conducting assessments, and advocating for children's needs. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with immigrant populations, preferably unaccompanied minors.
• Ability to manage various events and oversee services for child clients.
• Experience advocating on behalf of clients.

Responsibilities

• Identify needs and gaps in services for child clients and families.
• Develop relationships with community coalitions for referrals.
• Conduct assessments of referred clients for needs and concerns.
• Track client data and evaluate program performance.
