Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7+ years in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience designing and delivering immersive training solutions, including VR/AR and simulations.
• Strong track record managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple immersive training projects, delivering on time, scope and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams, set priorities and ensure deadlines and quality.
• Allocate resources and balance team capacity with project demands.
• Recommend strategies for development tools and processes to improve efficiency.
• Foster a technical, collaborative and innovative culture in a fast-paced environment.
• Establish engineering best practices and manage technical partnerships.
• Serve as primary technical support contact for internal and client users.
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely responses and support.
• Ensure training content is accurate, relevant and audience-tailored.
• Collaborate with facilitators and trainers to integrate immersive solutions into programs.
• Oversee deployment of immersive technologies, including hardware/setup and onboarding.
• Monitor challenges and develop metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency.
