Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Show Set Designer to translate leadership concepts into developed models and drawing packages for new and existing exhibits.

You will work with Senior Show Manager and Production teams, using Rhino and Revit to create 3D models, sheets, and show packages, and contribute to guest experience design with a focus on fabrication and builds.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Rhino and Revit.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketch-Up.
• 2-5 years of relevant design experience.
• Portfolio of drawing sets and renders.
• Based in Los Angeles area.
• Hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative concepts into accurate 3D models and show packages.
• Prepare sheets, elevations, and sections for fabrication.
• Model primarily in Rhino and coordinate with BIM in Revit.
• Detail show elements and develop in-field fabrication documentation.
• Collaborate with Senior Show Manager and Production teams on design development.
