Job summary

Museum of Ice Cream in the Los Angeles area is seeking a Show Set Designer to develop the Show Set Package for new museum openings and update existing units. You will collaborate with the Senior Show Manager and Production team to translate leadership concepts into developed models and drawing packages that tell our story to stakeholders.

Proficiency in Rhino and Revit is required; experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and other 3D tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in relevant professional workplace.
• Portfolio of drawing sets, renders and previous design work.
• Ability to problem-solve complex design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative intent, sketches, and references into accurate 3D models, plans, elevations and sections.
• Annotate and assemble assets into high‑quality sheet sets and show set packages.
• Model primarily in Rhino and coordinate exports to Revit for BIM.
• Draft show set packages following design and drafting standards.
• Develop experiences from concept through design development, including guest experience and spatial design.
• Support cost analysis and technical reviews during development.
