Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail is mandatory and must have deep experience in QC standards and practices.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a QC Operator in a large studio or vendor environment.
• Experience interfacing with multiple departments and external vendors with clear written communication.
• Experience with asset management, QC and task tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Rigorously evaluate and create detailed QC reports for video and audio media.
• Manage communication of detailed QC findings to technical and project management teams and outside partners.
• Participate in ongoing review and calibration of evaluation/reporting criteria for Sphere’s media pipelines.
• Evaluate content for defects, color, shading, video levels, scaling, motion artifacts, and other quality issues.
• Evaluate audio content for level consistency and sync issues.
