Job summary

Blumenthal Arts is seeking an Immersive Associate for Blume Studios' immersive exhibitions. This temporary, part-time role supports ticketing, admissions, merchandise, concessions, wayfinding, and guest communications to ensure an exceptional visitor experience.

Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, processing payments, assisting with accessibility needs, and maintaining a clean, organized front-of-house.

Qualifications

• 1 year of guest services or related experience.
• Experience with ticketing or POS systems preferred.
• Experience with live events or immersive experiences a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Scan tickets and assist with check-in.
• Sell tickets, merchandise, concessions using POS.
• Process credit card and digital payments.
• Provide wayfinding and answer questions.
• Maintain clean and organized front-of-house spaces.
• Assist with accessibility needs and guest concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and assist during emergencies.
