The role oversees planning, logistics, recruitment, participant experience, stewardship, and evaluation for domestic and international missions, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee donor missions from concept to follow-up, coordinating with FRD staff lead.
• Develop mission plans, timelines, budgets, registration, and communications schedules.
• Coordinate transportation, accommodations, security, venues, vendors, guides, and travel partners.
• Prepare mission materials, briefings, itineraries, and leadership resources with Communications.
