Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Cleveland seeks a Director, International Experiences to lead engagement programs for Jewish college students 18-26, with focus on Israel and Birthright experiences. You will supervise the International Experiences Associate and drive partnerships, program development, and donor reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise International Experiences Associate, overseeing recruitment and promotion strategy of programs and campus partnerships.
• Develop and manage International Experiences budgets and event budgets.
• Develop partnership strategies to expand initiatives and programs.
• Familiarity with international logistics including itinerary planning and execution.
• Program creation, facilitation, and expansion before/after programs.
• Oversee and/or manage large and small-scale events and workshops.
• Ensure grant parameters are achieved to fund activities and growth.
