Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington seeks a Manager, Immersive Experiences to design and oversee donor missions and immersive experiences. You will partner with FRD staff and leadership to translate engagement goals into meaningful programs that demonstrate impact and inspire philanthropy.

Based in North Bethesda, MD, this hybrid role requires strong planning, logistics, and stakeholder management skills, with opportunities to travel and engage with supporters globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in project management, event management, or related fields.
• Experience working with volunteers, donors, and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally; work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate Federation missions from concept through post-mission follow-up.
• Coordinate logistics, recruitment, and on-site implementation across domestic and international missions.
• Develop budgets, timelines, and communications schedules for missions.
• Collaborate with FRD staff, Communications, Impact, and leadership teams.
