Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington seeks a Manager, Immersive Experiences to design and execute immersive donor missions that connect participants with Federation impact and leadership opportunities. You will translate engagement strategies into mission plans, coordinate logistics, and collaborate across FRD, Communications, and executive leadership.

You will manage multiple domestic and international missions, staff missions when appropriate, and ensure high-quality participant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4-7 years of experience in project management, event management, donor engagement, or travel programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop mission strategy and participant engagement plans.
• Coordinate logistics, budgets, and vendor contracts.
• Staff domestic and international missions as assigned.
• Collaborate with FRD, Communications, and leadership.
• Evaluate missions and capture outcomes to inform future strategy.
