Job summary

Running Subway Productions in East Rutherford, NJ, invites applications for an Experience Guide. This onsite, part-time hourly role involves welcoming guests, assisting with timed ticket entries, and ensuring a smooth guest experience at the Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue within the American Dream between Oct 2026 and Apr 2027.

You will operate POS at the door, validate tickets, engage guests, and coordinate with Experience Supervisors to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest engagement or sales.
• Willing to work irregular hours, weekends and holidays and be on call.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Confident in verbal communication with diverse audiences.
• Interest in video games and positive time management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests throughout the experience areas with positive conversation.
• Support guest engagement policies and hospitality mindset.
• Assist guests entering on timed ticket entries.
• Operate POS stations for ticket sales and scan pre-sold tickets.
• Distribute engagement devices and explain their use to guests.
• Interact with guests to answer questions and provide guidance.
• Coordinate with BOH to flag technical issues smoothly.
• Monitor guest flow and adjust as needed to maintain throughput.
• Help maintain cleanliness and overall operations of the experience.
