The Escape Game is seeking a Game Guide to lead guests through our immersive escape rooms at Park Meadows Mall. You’ll provide an upbeat, guest-centric experience, greet groups of 2–12, explain the game rules, and use our software to monitor progress to ensure every guest has a memorable visit.

The role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and physical activity to set up and reset rooms.

• Must demonstrate friendly, guest-focused service.
• Ability to engage groups of 2–12 with upbeat communication.
• Strong communication to explain game rules and progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups of 2–12 guests in a fun, friendly conversation.
• Explain TEG games and products to guests.
• Monitor team progress using Game Guide software.
• Reset games accurately using setup sheets and HMI.
• Clean and prep game rooms between sessions; stay on schedule.
• Complete necessary reports and document interactions.
