Job summary

Cosm is seeking a bartender to deliver best-in-class hospitality, knowledge of drink offerings, and a Cosmworthy guest experience. You will interact with fans and team members, maintain standards, and support service during events.

Requirements include 2+ years bartending experience, understanding of drink preparation, and compliance with liquor policies. This role requires the ability to work varying shifts, including late hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; able to write in basic English.
• Must possess a Food handlers’ card and state-recognized responsible alcohol certification.

Responsibilities

• Explain and perform essential functions of the job following Cosm policies.
• Prepare station for service at scheduled times.
• Know all menus, specials, and drinks; enter orders into POS accurately.
• Work as a team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean work station and follow safety guidelines.
• Follow policies on discounts, promos, and team meals.
• Engage guests with a positive, friendly, professional approach.
• Know Cosm products, services, promotions, and events.
