Job summary

Cosm Inc. is seeking a Bartender to craft high-quality beverages and engage Fans (guests) in a human-led, immersive experience. The role emphasizes mixology, attention to detail, and hospitality excellence within a vibrant venue.

You will deliver service-oriented hospitality at the bar, create memorable moments through personalized recommendations, and maintain bar readiness and knowledge of menus, events, and promotions. A positive, professional attitude and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years bartending experience required.
• Thorough knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages.
• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.
• Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
• Food handlers’ card and state recognized responsible alcohol certification.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• RBS certification required (CA) or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, service-oriented hospitality at the bar and venue.
• Engage guests with a positive, friendly, professional approach.

• Ensure a seamless Cosmworthy experience from arrival to departure.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions, and events.
• Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per recipes and standards.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized during the shift.
• Complete all bar setup and closing procedures with care.
• Monitor product loss and support cost-control efforts.
• Ensure alcohol storage areas are secure and compliant.
• Support team members to foster a connected, high-energy environment.
• Follow supervisors with a positive and optimistic attitude.
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture.
• Adhere to all policies and service standards.
