Job summary

Main Event is seeking a Bartender who crafts cocktails, pours beer, and delivers great food, drinks, and FUN for guests. You’ll know the menu inside and out, create memorable experiences, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Six months of bartending experience and 21+ with Alcohol Certification are required. You will work days, nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering timely service, suggesting menu items, and maintaining a clean, stocked bar while adhering

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months bartending experience.
• 21+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required.
• Adherence to uniform standards.
• Ability to create memorable guest experiences.
• Teamwork is essential; fast-paced environment requires composure.
• Clear communication with management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests.
• Be an ambassador of FUN and promote menu items.
• Ensure order accuracy and upsell where appropriate.
• Demonstrate extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
• Deliver food and drinks promptly and maintain a clean, stocked bar.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards and comply with alcohol laws.
• Process payments and invite guests back to the venue.
• Maintain a safe, organized work area and perform side work as needed.
