Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the exhibition and/or gift shop and answer questions.
• Perform job responsibilities with creative flair that elevates the exhibition narrative.
• Deliver memorable guest experience through exceptional customer service.
• Monitor crowds and assist with crowd control to ensure safety of guests and staff.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Maintain in‑stock and presentable conditions throughout the retail space.
• Process POS purchases and merchandise returns.
• Receive products and restock the sales floor, including processing incoming shipments and merchandising.
• Collaborate with other team members to create and maintain a pleasant environment.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Respond to injuries and emergencies, reporting incidents to the Manager on Duty.
• Fulfill other duties as required or directed by management.
